Born and raised in Chesapeake, Virginia, Ethan is a graduate of Great Bridge High School and joined the Rachael Kraft Turner Real Estate Team in 2022. Ethan has focused his efforts in  Property Management, assisting in both the Landlord process and Tenant Move-In and Move-Outs. Ethan is an asset to the property management division and his support ensures we meet all our property management goals.  Ethan is currently enrolled at Tidewater Community College, earning his Associate's Degree in Small Business Management.  In addition, Ethan plans to earn his Real Estate license next year!
