I have worked with Rachael for the purchase of my home in 2010 and the subsequent sale in 2016. She is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, and very responsive. She has gone out of her way to ensure I was well informed when making decisions, explains things well, and was willing to meet me at odd times to accommodate my schedule. She responds to all communications quickly, and well after expected hours. Even after closing on the sale of my home, and moving away from the area, Rachael has continued to assist with several questions, and making sure we received copies of all documents. I wish that I was able to continue working with Rachael for the purchase of my next home, but have relocated too far from Hampton Roads.
