Nikki is a wonderful realtor, and a better person. She worked extremely hard for us in finding and purchasing our first investment property - always answering, always helpful, on time for viewings, and all while having two kids at home with her husband deployed. Our babysitter stood us up for closing, and who read our two little kids books while we signed our documents - Nikki did. We intend to work with her for many years in the future as we identify additional rental properties.
