Rachael was a great resource both before during and still after my purchase. I appreciate that she never made an assumption about me. As an out of town buyer, she listened to my needs and was flexible.  She is diligent, always responded to emails (even in the evening and early mornings), she was stern in negotiations and was very kind to me. She is even getting my mail until I get into town. Can anyone say that about their real estate agent!
