Rachael was great!! We had our home listed with a different agent for 4 mos with not a lot of activity and NO offers. Rachael came in and sold our home in about 2 weeks. She told us from the start what the goals were to market the house and followed through. She held 2 open houses and generated quite a bit of traffic in both.
